About The Position
Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Assistant Nurse Manager position with the Outpatient Infusion Center in Jacksonville, FL. Requirements
- 1-2 Years of Oncology Experience
- 3-5 Years of Nursing Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) - State Nursing Boards
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
Responsibilities
- Delegate tasks to nursing staff
- Manage and checks the nursing schedule
- Ensure all shifts are covered
- Conduct assessments and performance reviews
- Tend to patient care and assisting physicians throughout the day
