The Assistant Nurse Manager provides direct and indirect care to patients and leads the patient care team towards goal achievement in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy. They are responsible for leading employees to accomplish job objectives, inspiring confidence, and motivating staff to enhance employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- RN license active in the state of Missouri

- At least five years of clinical experience
- One year of charge nurse experience
- One year experience in the area of specialization
