About The Position

Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager Float for their Float department in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time, day shift position with a salary range of $48.92 - $66.18 per hour. The role involves leading and mentoring a clinical team, coordinating daily patient access and flow, directing nursing operations with a focus on clinical excellence, evaluating and delegating clinical tasks, and driving quality initiatives and auditing projects.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
