About The Position

Requirements

Current North Carolina RN license or RN multi-state licensure privilege through the Nurse Licensure Compact required.
Must have at least one (1) year previous leadership experience.
Minimum 5 years in an emergency department.

Nice To Haves

Certification in specialty area preferred.
BSN or Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.

Must be able to identify appropriate staffing, supply, maintenance, and equipment needs and adjust as necessary within budgetary guidelines.
