About The Position

The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) Ambulatory is responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager in the daily operations of the ambulatory clinic. The ANM provides leadership and direction to nursing staff, ensures quality patient care, and supports the implementation of clinical policies and procedures. This role includes supervisory responsibilities and requires strong clinical and administrative skills.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required.
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in ambulatory care.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing nursing staff schedules and assignments.
  • Monitor patient care activities to ensure compliance with standards.
