About The Position

Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for their Cardiac PCU in Baltimore, MD. This full-time evening shift position involves leading and mentoring a clinical team, coordinating daily patient access and flow, directing nursing operations with a focus on clinical excellence, evaluating and delegating clinical tasks, and driving quality initiatives and auditing projects to improve patient care.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience on Cardiac Step-down or ICU required.
