About The Position

We are hiring for a 3rd Shift Assistant Network Technician in Medford, WI. The Assistant Network Technician supports network installation projects in retail environments by assisting the Lead Technician with cable installation and site safety.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of structured cabling / network infrastructure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move equipment as needed

Responsibilities

• Feed cable, pass tools/equipment, and support lift-based work from ground level
• Maintain a safe work area by monitoring surroundings and preventing customer access to active lift zones
• Help stage materials, manage tools, and keep work areas organized
• Follow safety protocols and job site guidelines at all times
