Assistant Neighborhood Construction Manager
About The Position
Stanley Martin Homes is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Construction Manager (ANCM) to join their team. This role is fast-paced and exciting, with each day being different. The ANCM will start their mornings on-site before regular office staff and serve as the second in command for quality control, scheduling contractors and trade installations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient site. The ANCM will support the Construction Manager in ensuring homes are built to Stanley Martin's standards and delivered on time. Daily tasks include ordering building materials, reviewing and confirming home selections, and building relationships with sales, purchasing, and construction teams throughout the building process to deliver homes to homeowners.

Responsibilities
- Serve as second in command for quality control, scheduling contractors and trade installations.
- Keep the site clean, safe, and working efficiently.
- Order building materials.
- Review and confirm selections for each home built.
- Build relationships with sales, purchasing, and construction teams.
- Deliver each home to the homeowner.
