About The Position
Guidepost Montessori is seeking Spanish Speaking Assistant Teachers for their Toddler room at the Plum Canyon school. This role involves supporting children aged 0-3 in developing independence, confidence, and a love for learning within a Montessori framework. The Assistant Guide will help create a calm and engaging environment, prepare learning spaces, and support children through individualized and small-group activities with respect, patience, and care. The position offers a $1000 signing bonus and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
Requirements
- Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a school or childcare setting
- A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
- A genuine love for working with young children
- Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach
Nice To Haves
- Prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required
Responsibilities
- Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs
- Help prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment
- Support individual and small-group learning activities
