Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of retail buying, merchandising, e-commerce, or related experience, ideally within a major retailer.
Working knowledge of online merchandising, digital marketing channels, and assortment management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with merchandising or retail systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and collaborate across functions.
Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and influence partners to support business priorities and project delivery.
Curiosity about beauty, retail, digital commerce, trends, and the competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of online strategies that drive sales and growth for an assigned brand portfolio across owned marketing channels, including email, site, and mobile.
Monitor business performance, analyze results, and regularly share insights and recommendations with the Merchant and cross-functional partners.
Partner with retail merchants, inventory teams, and brand partners to address shipping issues, review .com productivity, and maintain accurate, current assortments.
Own the creative review process for digital placements within the brand portfolio, ensuring products and brand stories are represented accurately and consistently across channels.
Collaborate with e-commerce partners on site enhancements, launches, and special projects that improve the online client experience.
Coordinate product setup, content readiness, and ongoing assortment maintenance to support timely and accurate digital execution.
Build strong working relationships across Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory, Creative, and E-commerce to keep priorities aligned and projects moving forward.
Develop expertise in online merchandising and digital commerce best practices by staying current on client behavior, market trends, emerging brands, and the competitive landscape.
Manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities with strong attention to detail, proactively identifying risks and following through on solutions.
