As an Assistant Merchant, you will work closely with the Merchandising team to support the Décor assortment for our flagship brand, Balsam Hill. You will serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, managing product data, processes, and execution to support the on-time, successful launch of décor products. This role blends operational excellence with analytical support, helping drive merchandising strategies while ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment, and communicates effectively while providing strong operational and analytical support to the Merchant Team. This full-time position reports to the Senior Merchant, Decor, and operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-office days on Mondays in Redwood City and Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Burlingame.
