Requirements

1+ years of dedicated experience as an E-Commerce Planner ( Required ).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proven experience across Inventory Control, Allocation, Merchandising, Demand Forecasting, and Financial Planning/Analysis.
A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Buying and E-Commerce Site Merchandising to link financial results to daily/weekly performance.
Review receipt flows and aged inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, maximizing sales while minimizing liabilities.
Execute best practices for promotions, markdowns, and clearance strategies to optimize margin and sell-through.
Align Buying and Merchandising strategies with overall e-commerce business plans, identifying custom reporting needs and process improvements.
Partner with Applications and IT teams to build, deliver, and refine custom business reporting tools.
Provide comprehensive operational and analytical support to the broader Planning team.
