Assistant Men
About The Position
Daemen University is seeking an Assistant Men's Tennis Coach to contribute to the educational mission of the University. This role involves coordinating the instruction of student-athletes in tennis training and competition, assisting with recruitment for the tennis program, and helping to plan and conduct practices and game preparation. The Assistant Coach will provide motivation and support to student-athletes, transport them to and from practices and competitions using college-owned vehicles, and ensure adherence to the rules and regulations of the College, NCAA, and ECC. This position is responsible for helping to cover practices and matches and adhering to all Daemen University policies and procedures for employment as a Coach in the Division of Athletics.

- Knowledge of NCAA and ECC rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the instruction of student-athletes in tennis training and competition.
- Assist with the recruitment of student-athletes for the tennis program.
- Assist in planning practice, conducting practices, and game prep.
- Provide motivation and support for the student-athletes.
- Transport student-athletes to and from practices and competitions utilizing college-owned vehicles.
- Operate the program under the rules and regulations of the College, the NCAA, and the ECC.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
