About The Position

Responsible for providing coaching and administrative assistance to the Head Men's Basketball Coach. Responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the Intercollegiate Athletics Department, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University of Oregon, Big Ten Conference and the NCAA.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
Minimum ten years of American Division I collegiate, NBA or NBA "G League" coaching experience.
Proven experience of successful development of NBA athletes.
Strong written and oral communications skills
High motivation with a capacity for hard work within the context of an intensely goal-oriented environment.
Capacity to interact comfortably with those individuals and constituency groups (student-athletes, alumni, coaches, parents, etc.) crucial to the advancement of the University of Oregon Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and interpretations.
