Assistant Men's and Women's Tennis Coach
About The Position
Salisbury University is seeking a qualified individual to assist the Head Coach with all aspects of leading competitive NCAA Division III Men’s and Women’s Tennis programs. This position requires a commitment towards the student athletes on preparation, academic achievement, and community involvement while adhering to NCAA DIII bylaws and Salisbury University Athletic standards. This full-time (C2) assistant coaching position plays a vital role in the success of Salisbury University's varsity athletic programs. The assistant coach is actively involved in all aspects of the recruitment and retention of student-athletes, contributing to both the competitive excellence and the academic success of the men’s and women’s tennis teams.
Requirements
- 1-3 Years collegiate coaching experience
- Experience in recruitment and retention of student athletes
- Leadership abilities with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of leading competitive NCAA Division III Men’s and Women’s Tennis programs.

- Adhere to NCAA DIII bylaws and Salisbury University Athletic standards.
- Recruitment and retention of student-athletes.
- Supervise student workers and contractual assistant coaches.
