Requirements

  • Associates degree in business or related field plus 2 years experience or relevant combination of experience and education.
  • Current certification/licensure appropriate to training (LPN, MA, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Clinic Manager in a wide variety of administrative and supervisory duties.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all matters when the Clinic Manager is not available.
  • Use independent judgment in the administrative supervision of clinic staff.
  • Perform a variety of activities within the administrative scope of work, including supervision of clinic staff, staff training, and the effective management of patient problems.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels are available daily.
  • Assure that necessary data is collected and reported in a timely manner.
  • Assure that facility operation costs stay within available fiscal resources, including on-going monitoring of monthly expenditures of the clinic.
  • Ensure accuracy of clinic documentation systems, overall efficiency of clinic operations and budget.
  • Other duties as assigned.
