Assistant Meat Manager
About The Position
As an Assistant Meat Manager, you will support the Meat Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the meat department. This role involves ensuring the highest quality and freshness of meat products, efficient inventory management, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include assisting with ordering and stocking products, maintaining optimal inventory levels, minimizing waste, and adhering to all health and safety standards. You will also contribute to implementing merchandising strategies to enhance the department's appeal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meat processing and retail, coupled with leadership skills to motivate and manage the team.
