• A natural ability to engage, entertain, and connect with guests
• Confidence, charisma, and a willingness to step into the spotlight
• A positive, team-first attitude and a love for creating fun
• You’re the most outgoing person in the room
• You’ve been told you have “great energy” or “a big personality”
• You love working with kids and know how to meet them at their level
• You’ve hosted events, parties, camps, or led groups before
• You’re comfortable being on stage, on camera, or the center of attention
• You don’t just build things—you bring ideas (and people) to life

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the experience – engage guests, spark conversations, and create memorable moments
• Lead interactive build sessions full of energy, creativity, and fun
• Bring the hype – think birthday party host, camp counselor, or improv performer
• Get camera-ready for social media, events, and special appearances
• Create jaw-dropping LEGO builds that inspire guests to try it themselves
• Connect with everyone – from toddlers to adult LEGO superfans
