About The Position

Fusion Homes is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join their growing team and elevate their consumer-centric approach to insights and communications. This role will focus on analytics, market research, and pricing strategy, deriving key insights from data to drive the business forward. The Assistant Marketing Manager will also lead holistic communications for two communities, working with agencies to deliver digital, social, SMS, print, and signage campaigns. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, a passion for marketing communications, strong collaboration skills, and a drive to deliver results while accelerating their career growth. The role has a dotted line to the VP of Marketing & Strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
  • A passion for analytics and a demonstrated ability to derive insights and recommendations from data.
  • Passion and curiosity for marketing with an ambition to enhance abilities in communications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated interest in collaboration and a willingness to learn from cross-functional experts.
  • Ability to foster a strong rapport with the customer during post-purchase survey calls.
  • An openness to learn and utilize new AI technologies to pull data, synthesize results, and create reports.

Responsibilities

  • Leading analytics to turn data into actionable insights that will enhance marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Owning communications for two communities, creating consumer-centric programming with agencies (social, digital, SMS, etc.) to drive traffic to sites.
  • Conducting post-purchase customer survey calls, professionally representing Fusion Homes and synthesizing survey results into clear recommendations to improve the business.
  • Leading the New Community Rollout (NCR) cross-functional team to ensure each new community is designed and launched on time and to Fusion’s standards.
  • Co-leading community involvement events throughout the year, as well as The Main Event, which celebrates Fusion’s employees and the successes from the year prior.
