About The Position

Our parent company is Chestnut Land Company, we are a franchisee of Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon. We are currently hiring Assistant Manager or our Cinnabon location. It all started with a father, a son and a mission to create the world’s greatest cinnamon roll from scratch. Add in one master baker, months of trial and error, hundreds of different recipes and— BOOM!—you’ve got the sweet, cinnamon-spiced perfection that soon became the calling card of Cinnabon. Requirements

  • Management experience in a retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

  • In cooperation with or in the event of the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and operation of assigned Cinnabon store, with the goal of achieving the maximum profitability available from store operations.
  • Responsible for prepping, baking and serving Cinnabon’s as well as other products.
  • Working with your supervisor in the recruitment, screening, interviewing, hiring and training of staff.
  • Perform the training and review the procedures of store personnel.
  • Work with Store Manager to set as well as tack on store goals.
  • Provide feedback to Store Manager of the completion progress of the goals.
  • Assist with weekly scheduling and monitoring in compliance with labor laws.
  • Audit all paperwork checking for accuracy.
  • Responsible for the staff doing the cash handling policies.
  • Responsible for assisting the Store Manager with ordering any relevant materials for your store.
  • Clean equipment and workplace.
  • Encourage positive attitude and motivation with employees.
  • Present all information/changes to employees in a positive manner.
  • Comply with all Cinnabon’s and Chestnut Land Company’s policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations.
