About The Position

Assistant Store Manager Full Time Hours + Competitive Benefit Package. You’re part of the leadership group responsible for impacting the coaching and inspiration of the team in your store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help develop great team members and actively seek tomorrow’s leaders. You’ll perform a majority of the store work, including providing customer service, processing cash and credit transactions, responsibly selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of related retail experience
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance

Nice To Haves

• A combination of a few college credits and qualified work experience
