Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience
- A hands-on leader who sets the tone and the standard
- Strong with people, problem-solving, and organization
- Working knowledge of food safety and labor / cost basics
- Flexible availability including weekends
Responsibilities
- Run daily operations across the line and front counter
- Lead, schedule, and coach the team on every shift
- Own guest experience, food quality, and speed of service
- Help with hiring, training, ordering, and inventory
- Support the General Manager on labor, cost, and sales goals
