About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria to success. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and motivating your team to deliver a delicious experience every time. This role involves leading the team by hiring, training, and supervising employees, fostering a positive work environment. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Delivering outstanding customer service by resolving customer issues, ensuring quality standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere is key. Additionally, you will drive sales and profitability by implementing marketing initiatives, controlling costs, and analyzing financial performance. Maintaining a spotless, safe, and inviting pizza store that reflects a commitment to quality and cleanliness is also a core responsibility.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required
Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for developing others
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
A valid U.S. Driver's License for a minimum of one year (not including permit).
A clean driving record (no more than 3 violations in 2 years).
Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
