About The Position

Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is seeking high-energy Assistant Managers to join their team. Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Proof of valid driver's license
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for 8 plus hrs.
• 2 or more years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
• Available to work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
• Able to easily interact with diverse employees

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities
