This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, inventory management, and cleaning. Training is provided on the job. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, strong verbal and written communication skills for order processing, and computer/touch screen proficiency. The work environment includes varying temperatures, potential exposure to fumes and dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and differentiating hot/cold surfaces. Temperaments required include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking on various surfaces, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying items, pushing trays on dollies, infrequent climbing of stairs or ladders, stooping/bending at the waist, crouching/squatting, reaching continuously, and continuous use of hands for various tasks including forceful manipulation of dough and tools. For delivery personnel, additional duties include driving, navigating adverse terrain, carrying product during deliveries, and potentially climbing multiple flights of stairs. Driving requires far and night vision.
