Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Responsibilities
- Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean new tires and wheels.
- Train, mentor, and coach a team of 4-5 technicians.
- Organize new and existing inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
- Provide an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience.
- Explain options clearly to customers.
- Lead team huddles and assign bays to ensure steady workflow and timely service.
- Coach and step in where needed on the floor with the team.
- Provide an excellent customer service experience in sales and service.
- Empower customers with product knowledge.
- Inventory management.
- Installation and maintenance of tires/wheels, rotations, balancing and repairs.
- Training and guidance for Tire Service Technicians.
- Leading a team of 4-5 technicians in an indoor/outdoor service environment.
