Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walking cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory on a daily basis and complete paperwork, including night drop with 2 drivers
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Attend all meetings and classes for training
