About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and receiving and processing customer orders. This role also involves cleaning equipment and the facility, delivering products, and maintaining accountability for food, product, labor, and cash handling. Additionally, the Assistant Manager is responsible for coaching and training employees and ensuring the store is clean and professionally run. • Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders.
• Clean equipment and facility continuously.
• Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
• Responsible for food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
• Responsible for labor accountability and employee productivity.
• Responsible for all cash handling and accuracy.
• Responsible for coaching and training all employees in all areas.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
