About The Position

For over 45 years, Ramona Tire & Service Centers has been serving Southern California with honesty and integrity, offering professional automotive service and new tires at reasonable prices. The mission is to provide the highest quality customer service available anywhere. The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining guest services, selling products, and promoting products and services offered by Ramona Tire by following the company’s store standards and expectations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment
  • Possess valid CA driver’s license, or obtain a valid CA driver’s license within 30 days of hire date
  • Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Manager is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining guest services
  • Selling products
  • Promoting products and services offered by Ramona Tire by following the company’s store standards and expectations
  • Test drive, diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications
  • Explain technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-mechanical individuals, which may include employees and customers, as needed
  • Stay current on technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast of changing automotive technology
  • Maintain an organized, neat and safe bay
