About The Position

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and customer service. You'll ensure safety standards, train staff, manage schedules, and help grow the store's profitability. Pull-A-Part is a nationwide leader in used auto parts, known for innovation, sustainability, and community impact. With over 35 locations, we’ve redefined the auto salvage experience by focusing on environmental responsibility and customer care.

Requirements

• Leadership experience (retail, automotive, industrial, etc.)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work weekends & holidays

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and customer service.
• Ensure safety standards.
• Train staff.
• Manage schedules, paperwork, and inventory.

• Deliver friendly, helpful customer service.
• Support safety and environmental standards.
• Lead and coach team members.
• Build vendor and customer relationships.
• Step in as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Operate in indoor/outdoor industrial environments.
• Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.
