Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for developing others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, and supervising a team of pizza-loving employees.
• Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Resolving customer issues, ensuring quality standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Implementing marketing initiatives, controlling costs, and analyzing financial performance to meet business objectives.
• Maintain a spotless pizza store that is safe, inviting, and reflects a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
• Make Perfect Pizzas every time by adhering to a strict adherence to Domino's pizza-making standards and procedures.
• Maintain 100% Image at all times to maintain a clean and professional appearance, while adhering to the Domino's dress code, and representing the brand positively.
• Work with Hustle and Energy in a fast-paced and efficient work style.
• Be friendly and have a smile with all customers, demonstrating excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
