As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. This position helps foster a welcoming environment—for both associates and customers—that enables us to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
- Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
- Take ownership to achieve the financial goals of the store and motivate the team.
- Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
- Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
- Take ownership to ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management, daily replenishment of floor merchandise, and execution of inventories.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices.
- Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.
