About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, managing various operational aspects of the business, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key duties include rostering, stock ordering, recruitment, training and development, inventory management, cash handling, report generation, profit management, sales building, ensuring food safety and preparation standards, maintaining staff and customer safety, and contributing to the overall fun and marketing of the business. The Assistant Manager will also lead team meetings.
