About The Position

The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations. This role involves helping with hiring, supervising staff, accomplishing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the food program. The position is for individuals who desire to be challenged, work in a fast-paced, fun environment, and build a career in management. It requires a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership, and the ability to set an example for the staff.
