About The Position
Taco John's is seeking an experienced and outgoing people-person with leadership skills and integrity to join their management team as a Restaurant Assistant Manager. This is an hourly position with benefits. The Assistant Manager is responsible for money, opening or closing the store, and helping team members succeed. Taco John's offers opportunities for advancement and training. The role involves interacting with customers and team members, preparing fresh food, opening or closing the store, working with customers one-on-one, and assisting in managing a customer service team in a fun, fast-paced environment. The position requires 35+ hours per week with flexible scheduling options. Quick thinking, a desire to improve leadership skills, and the ability to work independently with a mature attitude are key. Special care is required to ensure customer and personal safety by maintaining a clean working environment and proactively helping team members succeed.
