About The Position

Team Honey Badger is one of the largest and fastest-growing Domino's franchises in the nation. Founded in 1985, they have grown to 148 stores across 10 states. This is a full-time restaurant management position with a fast track to General Manager. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including leading, training, and motivating team members, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining food quality, speed, and accuracy standards, handling scheduling, labor management, and inventory, assisting with hiring, training, and staff development, overseeing banking, cash handling, and store profitability, and supporting marketing efforts to grow sales.

Solid math and organizational skills
Weekend availability and flexibility to open/close shifts

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
Lead, train, and motivate team members
Deliver outstanding customer service every shift

Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability
