Responsibilities

Go through all stages of the company's training program.
Learn and understand the company's training system to meet expectations and train future team members.
Learn operations from within the store, starting with delivery and progressing to making pizzas.
Complete management training, including three levels, to become eligible to run a store.
Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Utilize various machines, tools, equipment, and work aids such as pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
Perform tasks from a standing position, with walking on tile or linoleum surfaces.
Lift and stack bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.
Carry items such as pizza dough trays, pizza sauce, and beverages.
Push and pull trays on dollies.
Navigate stairs and occasionally climb ladders.
Stoop and bend at the waist for tasks like pizza assembly and stocking.
Crouch and squat occasionally for stocking and cleaning.
Reach continuously, up, down, and forward, for various tasks including operating ovens, stocking, and answering phones.
Drive to customer locations for deliveries.
