About The Position

Northern Tap House is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to help lead one of the Best Darn Taphouses in the North. Success in this role involves balancing great leadership, exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and developing a team that delivers outstanding experiences.
