Eurest is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead food service operations at one of our dynamic corporate dining locations — where every shift is an opportunity to create exceptional experiences for the guests we serve. About the Role As an Assistant Manager, you'll be a key player in the day-to-day success of our dining operation, partnering with the management team to uphold the highest standards of food quality, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. You'll help shape the culture of the team, support strategic initiatives, and ensure that every guest interaction reflects the Eurest commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of food service management experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, healthcare, or a related environment
  • A genuine passion for food and hospitality, with comprehensive culinary and operational knowledge
  • Financial acumen and business savvy — you understand the numbers and know how to use them to drive results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • ServSafe Certification preferred; Associate's degree a plus
  • A collaborative, people-first leadership style with a strong commitment to guest and associate satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the management team to oversee daily food service operations in alignment with budget goals and corporate brand standards
  • Champion food quality and consistency, ensuring every dish served to guests, clients, and associates meets our superior standards
  • Support purchasing, inventory management, and cost control efforts to maximize the value delivered to our clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with associates, guests, clients, and cross-functional partners across the operation
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive participation and revenue
