About The Position

We are looking for natural born leaders to join our management team and create a fun, energetic environment while meeting goals and standards. We have positions available for all levels of management, from those with little to no experience to seasoned managers.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Operate all store equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare products.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have 3 or less moving violations in the last 3 years.
  • Must have not had any drug or alcohol related motor vehicle violations in the last 5 years.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication on telephone and in person.
  • Near and mid-range vision.
  • Depth perception.
  • Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
  • Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

  • Have worked for a boss who didn’t do things quite like you would if given the chance.
  • Far vision and night vision are needed for delivery personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
  • Work towards company goals including cost controls (inventory, labor, cash) while providing excellent customer service.
  • Set the example for the team by following all company policies and procedures, and hold team members accountable.
  • Manage the store's organization and cleanliness to acceptable standards.
  • Contribute to the profitability of the company and understand the process.
  • Staff, train, and lead a team that contributes to the goals of the company.
  • Remain current in hiring and marketing best practices, and use tactics learned.
  • Track and report Food Cost Variance.
  • Meet and schedule Labor Requirements.
  • Attend to and hold team meetings.
  • Understand different temperaments and how to manage them.
