About The Position

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Ability to manage staff effectively, using motivational skills to ensure productivity and a positive work environment.
A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Ability to be a great role model, demonstrating punctuality, a positive attitude, and high standards for self and team.
Willingness to work when the team needs you most, including weekends and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage a team of 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
Oversee all store operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Greet customers and take orders accurately and courteously, including answering the phone.
Operate the cash register and process customer payments.
Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent food products according to recipes and procedures.
Deliver products to customers via vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintain restaurant cleanliness to high standards, from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
