About The Position
Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino's, is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to help oversee all aspects of a store and serve as second in command of a million-dollar business. The role is accountable for what happens in the store across people, operations, sales, and profits, including team safety, training, and culture. The Assistant Manager is expected to lead by example and follow all policies and procedures while holding the crew to the same standards. Management and pizza-making experience are not required; training is provided. The position is hourly, with overtime available, and may involve helping at nearby locations. Work is five or more days per week and includes most weekends.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- Prior Domino's experience or prior experience leading people.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Must reside near the store location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits.
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
- Lead by example and follow all policies and procedures, while expecting the same from the crew.
- Help at other nearby locations when asked.
