About The Position

The Assistant Manager at Regional Finance is a high-impact sales role focused on driving revenue, growing accounts, and maximizing branch performance. The position involves actively selling financial products, building customer relationships, recommending suitable solutions, and managing the full loan lifecycle. It also supports branch operations, including cash handling, payment processing, delinquency management, and transporting funds and deposits. The role offers performance-based earning opportunities and a stated career path from Assistant Manager to Branch Manager. This is an office-based role providing consumer loan services in person and by phone. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling.
Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law.
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation, required for bank deposits.
Strong sales and closing ability.
Clear and confident communication.
