This position manages a portion of the store operations based on the Store Manager’s direction, according to company policies and procedures. It ensures the store operates in a manner that optimizes sales and profitability and reflects a consistent Commercial Tire image to its customers. This position is responsible for all employee management functions for the store area of responsibility, to include: hiring, discipline, employee relations, employee time approval, and employee scheduling.
