Requirements

Proficiency in cash handling, basic math skills, and financial accuracy

Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods

Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and other store technology platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Conflict resolution and interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics effectively
Experience with inventory management and supply chain coordination
Food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain food safety certification
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to an inclusive team environment

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards

Handle cash management, financial transactions, and reconciliation with accuracy and transparency
Assist in inventory management, supply ordering, and stock rotation to optimize store resources

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to food safety and health standards
