- Manage everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

- Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, and work to a schedule.
- Ensure perfect image and adherence to standards.
- Provide great customer service.
- Maintain attendance and punctuality.
- Ensure store cleanliness.
- Participate in marketing efforts.
- Focus on profitability.
