They must set a positive example for the crew and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed. Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to company standards, providing excellent customer service, maintaining attendance and punctuality, and ensuring store cleanliness and local store marketing efforts. The role requires working effectively with team members and other store management.
