About The Position

The Assistant Manager oversees all store operations during a scheduled shift and is responsible for cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role includes performing Customer Services Representative and Delivery Driver duties, managing a shift team of 3 to 30 employees, and maintaining safe, courteous service and a professional appearance. The position offers weekly pay, management training, opportunities to advance to Store Manager, flexible schedules, and employee discounts.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Valid driver's license.
Access to reliable transportation.
Full open availability.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Oversee all store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage a shift team of 3 to 30 employees.
Greet customers and take orders.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing and back-of-store areas.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
