About The Position
Assistant Managers are responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations while working a shift. The position includes assisting with basic operations procedures, employee development, demonstrating team member and food safety protocols, providing excellent customer service, and operating and troubleshooting technology. The role will initially be hired at the store on 19960 FM 529, Cypress, TX 77433, and then moved to the newest store at 24919 FM 529 #200, Katy, TX 77493.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to assist with basic operations procedures.
- Experience in employee development.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology.

- Prior leadership experience preferred.
