This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing telephone orders, conducting inventory, and cleaning the facility. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for delivering products to customers, which includes driving and navigating to customer locations. Training and orientation are provided on the job. The role requires the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, make correct monetary change, use a computer keyboard or touch screen, maintain cost controls, and navigate using maps to locate customer addresses.
